Juneberry Tea Lounge

Privacy Notice

Effective July 26, 2026

Juneberry Tea Lounge is a tea shop in Rancho Cordova, California. This notice explains what information we collect through our website, our in‑store ordering kiosk, and the Juneberry Rewards program — and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to make your drink, run the rewards program, and reach the people who asked to hear from us. We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.

What we collect, and why

The kiosk sees almost nothing

When you connect your rewards account to the in‑store kiosk by scanning its QR code, the kiosk receives your first name, your saved and recent drinks, and your points balance — nothing else. Your email address never reaches the kiosk, and the connection clears itself when your order finishes or after a short idle period.

Who we share information with

Only the service providers who run things for us, and only what each needs to do its job:

We do not share your information with anyone else, we do not sell it, and we do not use third‑party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Rewards account information is kept for as long as your account exists, because your Juneberries never expire and your history is what your balance is built from. Job applications are kept while a role is open and for a reasonable period afterward. Opening-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or we remove the list after opening.

Your choices

Email us at juneberrytea@gmail.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Deleting your rewards account deletes your points balance with it — we'll confirm before anything is removed. You can stop opening-list emails at any time by replying to one.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not track visitors across other websites, so there is nothing for this signal to turn off — but for the same reason, our site does not respond to it.

Children

Our website and rewards program are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date. For changes that matter — new categories of data, or new uses of existing data — we will also tell rewards members by email before the change takes effect.
