Two things decide your tier, and both have to be true: how often you come in, and what you've spent, across the last 90 days.

A visit is a day you bought a drink — two drinks on the same day is one visit. Because the window rolls, your tier follows your recent habit: it can move down as well as up.
The first 200 people to join became Founding Members, permanently. All 200 spots are claimed and Founding Membership is now closed. It does not reopen. Founding Members keep:
About the free drink: buy two drinks and the cheaper one is free, once a calendar month. It's yours to spend when you want it — it's never used automatically, so a quick tea won't burn it. It doesn't stack up: one a month, and a month you don't use it simply passes. It is live now, and runs through 4 October 2027. Use it on your phone in the Juneberry app, at the kiosk, or at the counter — just tell us you're a member before we ring it up.
Redeem with Juneberries at checkout: pick what you want, apply it, done. There's nothing to print and nothing to carry — your balance is simply yours until you spend it.
